  1. Bring a bowl, add flour, Salt, ajwain, oil and with your finger tips, rub the oil in to the flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add water and make a soft dough and cover with lid. Keep it aside..
  2. Bring a bowl, add chickpeas, banana, Salt, mango powder, red chilli powder, roasted spices power, and coriander leaves, mix well. Mash it and keep it aside..

  5. Heat sufficient oil, when oil becames moderate hot and deep fry the kachoris in a batch of 4 on low to medium heat for about 15 mins. When it turns golden in colour, strain on absorbent paper.
